Building Futures: Growing with Wolf from Operator to Site Manager
Since founding in 2017, Wolf Components has been dedicated to creating opportunities for our team and showcasing the rewarding careers paths available in manufacturing.
Traditionally, manufacturing has been an industry where employees could grow skills both on the job and through employer supported training and we are proud to continue this tradition by providing these opportunities for our people.
As one of our early employees, Anthony Turner has been a clear example of this success and is now celebrating his sixth year with Wolf.
Originally trained as a mechanic, Anthony joined Wolf as a CNC machine operator. He quickly mastered pocket spring skills and knowledge, advancing to Team Leader within two short years.
Anthony has continued this trajectory of success and last year took on the Site Management role at our designated VSS manufacturing facility.
Reflecting on his journey, Anthony said ‘I’ve always enjoyed working in manufacturing, since leaving college especially the technical side. There really is a job in manufacturing for everyone, no matter your interests, and Wolf have been really supportive of my career so far’
